Las instalaciones muy bien, el servicio, el restaurante súper bien, lo malo es que no está habilitado para adultos mayores, mucho ruido en los pasillos Excelente para jóvenes y niños ruidosos
Todo perfecto,.las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, solo las toallas me parecen que eran nuevas y por lo mismo soltaban un poco de pelusa, y la crema para el cuerpo a mi parecer olía ya un poco feo, pero todo lo demás, servicio y atención excelente.

Le bajo un poco en servicio porque el vigilante o recepcion no estaba atento y luego casi regaña por estacionarte en donde.segun no se debe cuando vas llegando y obvio no sabes donde
Los porteros te hacen sentir que algo te estas robando, me he quedado varias veces ahi y siento esa sensación de ser vigilado, por lo demás es un buen hotel para dormir una noche, y barato

Rapidez en la recepción, se descansa muy bien, todo muy limpio, salvo el servicio de restaurante en la que un mesero fue descortés por hablar mal de unos huéspedes, en voz alta con sus compañeros.
Las habitaciones no son tan amplias, no me toco la cama King Size, solo hay 6 pisos, queria el mas alto, vengo de uno de 25 pisos el Holliday Inn, me asignaron el piso 4, no me gustó mucho la programación de la tv en la noche que en ocasiones veo antes de dormir, algunos canales se ven mal, o no se ven, el sonido está excelente, no hay cajones para guardar la ropa, el clima está genial, las persianas no cubren la totalidad entra mucha luz en la mañana, no hay cafetera en la habitación, ni hay telefono, para pedir servicio a la habitación. Gracias.

Es el lugar que prefiero para hospedarme en Puebla, por la vista, las habitaciones, el sabor de la comida de su restaurante y la atención. Ademas que es muy rapido trasladarse hacia Atlixco, Cholula, Angelopolis, Torres medicas.
